Representative Cases

Good Faith: Represented a major insurance company in multiple duties-of-good-faith-and-fair-dealing matters, including the case establishing standard duties required for Texas insurance companies to act in good faith in claim denial situations.

Police Immunity: Represented a private university in a precedent-setting where the Supreme Court of Texas ruled that a private university police department is a "government unit" entitled to an interlocutory appeal from the denial of a plea to the jurisdiction.
